	IMD dealer/distributor program was established to provide access to the complete line of IMD products where little or no access exists.

IMD is a very young company and we are in the process of building our chain of dealers and distributors. From the start we want to build it on different bases then most companies. We think it should be built on trust and integrity and designed to fit needs of small ceramic businesses as well as larger companies. We offer 40% discount to dealers and 50% discount to distributors. In order to qualify for a discount you mast meet our requirements.


	Becoming a Dealer

	To become a 40% off Dealer with IMD you must make a minimum initial purchase of $500 retail (your cost is $300.00). You will then need to satisfy a minimum annual purchase amount of $300 in product ($500 retail). Failure to do so will nullify this agreement.

	Becoming a Distributor

	To become a 50% off MOLD DISTRIBUTOR with IMD you must make a minimum initial purchase of $1,000 retail (your cost is $500.00). You will then need to satisfy a minimum annual purchase amount of $500 in product ($1,000 retail). Failure to do so will nullify this agreement and all future purchases will rescind to the standard dealer discount policy.

	As a distributor, you have exclusive rights to IMD discount rates within established territory. Territories will be established on a case-by-case basis depending on your state or province population. We can drop ship to your customers within your territory! Simply collect the full retail amount (including freight) from your customer, phone the order in to us, provide their complete shipping address, and we will ship the order to them and bill you the discounted cost with freight.

Terms and conditions:

Prices and discount policies are subject to change without notice. Dealers and distributors in Kentucky must have full sales tax documentation on file with us. Those without are subject to sales tax. Dealers are fully responsible for sales made to their customers, as well as payments and sales tax. IMD will replace any mold, or product damaged in shipping, but a damage claim must be filed with us within 5 days of delivery. Molds that are returned to us, for any reason other than shipping damage, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Refused deliveries may be subject to processing fees unless other arrangements have been made. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. All returns must have prior authorization from us. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless other arrangements have been made. Although our molds are of superior quality, we do not offer or imply any warranties for misuse, abuse, mishandling or production life, nor do we accept liability for, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, production limits, manufacturing speed, or any other situation arising from the use of our molds. The end user is solely responsible for determining the suitability for use of our products.

Disclosure:

We often sell our surplus molds on internet auctions. Unfortunately we can't control price on the auctions. Sometimes it's way above retail and sometimes not. We looking on internet auctions as an open territory for everybody, at list for now.
